50 year old Ian, admits that he has hasn’t always been in the best physical shape, pain in his knees which left him unable to walk more than a 100 yards, forced him to take action. Combining yoga and swimming, he’s now fit as a fiddle and is also a recent graduate of our teacher training programme.
