Front of House
Reception: Exercise-loving people with amazing administration, organisational and customer service skills who’d like to be the face of Sweat Studios. If you’re task-orientated, calm under pressure and professional in approach you might just be the person for us. You’ll need to be available to work evenings from 4:30/5:00pm-9:15/9:45pm and/or weekends from 8/8:30am-2-4pm. We’re always on the look out for new people, so if you’re interested follow the application process below and detail the days and times you’d be able to work for us.
Sweat Exchange: Swap your sweat for yoga. Help us keep the studio in tip-top condition in return for free classes. Requires a minimum commitment of an hour split before and after class to help wash mats and change over the studio on weekday evenings and Saturday/Sunday morning.
We ask our instructors to keep things simple: no jargon, no waffle. Just high-energy, easy-to-follow, accessible, open-to-all instruction.
Hot Yoga: Like-minded people with experience teaching Hot/Bikram yoga happy to learn and instruct our set sequence classes with a friendly, alignment-based, no nonsense approach.
Pilates: Passionate, relatable instructors able to deliver classes that are accessible yet challenging and deliver on our promise of a workout.
Mindfulness/Meditation: Can you be an addition to our timetable on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon and help our clients find some much needed headspace?
