Sweat Exchange: Swap your sweat for yoga. Help us keep the studio in tip-top condition in return for free classes. Requires a minimum commitment of an hour split before and after class to help wash mats and change over the studio on weekday evenings and Saturday/Sunday morning. We ask our instructors to keep things simple: no jargon, no waffle. Just high-energy, easy-to-follow, accessible, open-to-all instruction.
Hot Yoga: Like-minded people with experience teaching Hot/Bikram yoga happy to learn and instruct our set sequence classes with a friendly, alignment-based, no nonsense approach.
Pilates: Passionate, relatable instructors able to deliver classes that are accessible yet challenging and deliver on our promise of a workout.
Mindfulness/Meditation: Can you be an addition to our timetable on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon and help our clients find some much needed headspace?
