Our conveniently located studios combine the high end facilities of gym with the welcome feel of a yoga studio. Our clients range from 16-65, the gym phobic to professional athletes. We know each of them by name and we ensure a high quality, high value, consistent experience on each and every visit. Our goal is to make them feel great!
We’re looking for an evening/weekend receptionist to join our fresh, friendly, down to earth team. Our front desk is the heart of Sweat Studios. Our receptionists play a vital role in ensuring that our clients feel welcome, supported and valued and that each interaction is a positive one. We look for outgoing, passionate people, keen to form personal relationships and go the extra mile.
You need to be available to work every Tuesday and alternate Thursdays from 5pm-9:15pm and alternate Saturdays from 8am-1pm. In addition, some flexibility in your schedule will be needed to work additional evenings/weekend mornings to complete your initial training and to cover your team mates’ shifts as required. You must be able to commit to the role for at least a year.

To assist with the overall running and day-to-day management of the yoga studio. You will ensure that it operates smoothly, our Sweat Promise is adhered to and sales and marketing targets are reached to deliver a successful studio which is maintained to the highest possible standards.
As the face of Sweat Studios you’ll embody the brand in your interactions with clients. Key aspects of the role include managing class signs ins, ensuring all clients are briefed prior to class, relevant disclaimers are signed and following up with them after class, processing all retail sales, class bookings and payments, answering client questions, proactively advising clients on memberships, maintaining customer databases, ensuring that the studio, reception and changing areas are clean and tidy at all times, organising the retail area, maintaining stock levels, cashing up and reconciling takings end of day and investigating any discrepancies, assisting with any marketing activities as required (e.g. promotional events, client communications, newsletters etc.).
- Minimum grade A-C in GCSE Maths and English
- Customer service/sales experience
- Experience working with MS Office applications
