Read Carefully

Here’s everything you need to know about booking your Sweat Studio’s yoga class.



Booking Classes

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Class passes will be returned to your account for a future use. As space is limited for in-studio classes, pre-booking is recommended (classes can be booked 7 days in advance). Capacity in live stream classes is unlimited so book when you know you can make it.


  1. Book your class via the timetable.
  2. Arrive at the studio 10 minutes before class.
  3. Don’t forget your yoga mat and water.
  4. Please be on time, as late admittance isn’t possible.

Live StReam

  1. Book your class via the timetable.
  2. Immediately after booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email which includes the Zoom link to join the class. Hold onto this email (check your junk if the email doesn’t arrive).
  3. Follow the link from your email to join class or login to your account, click on the class you have booked and scroll to the bottom of the class description, click on the button to join the live stream.
  4. Join with the default Zoom settings; camera and mic off. You’ll be able to see and hear the instructor but they won’t be able to see/hear you.
  5. For data protection we recommend only using your first name in your Zoom profile.


  1. Click the on-demand link in the booking system.
  2. Browse the classes available.
  3. Keep clicking ‘show more’ in the top right to see everything we have on offer.
  4. Click the video you’d like to take. If you have credit, it will just play.
  5. If you need to pay for a class, you can choose to watch a preview and then you’ll be given the option to “grab a pass”.
  6. IMPORTANT: Play the class using Chrome or Safari.

If you experience any issues playing the class, please email with the following information (class name, device and browser you are using, if possible share a screenshot or video of what’s happening, details of your wifi speed, are you on broadband, 3/4G, using a hotspot, etc.)
