View the details and pick a class to suit your mood; workout, stretch-out or chill-out. Most classes are suitable for newbies.

Timetable & Booking

To join a live class, you just need to download the free Zoom app to your smart device or visit their website. You will receive a text/email with joining instructions 15 minutes before class starts.

As well as joining class as it happens, you can take classes in your own time with our on-demand and playback sessions. Just book the session and you’ll be emailed details of how to access it at the class start time. You can choose to take it there and then or save it for later. You have 7 days to take the class as often as you like.

All classes can be booked a week in advance and are £7.50 each.
