All of classes are currently taking place online. Booking is easy! Just follow the links below.
View the details and pick a class to suit your mood; workout, stretch-out or chill-out. Most classes are suitable for newbies.

Timetable & Booking

To join a class, you just need to download the Zoom app to your smart device or visit their website. You will be emailed a meeting id and passcode 20 minutes before class starts. Classes can be booked a week in advance and are £7.50 each.
