Yoga is a great stress reliever. All of our classes teach deep, nasal breathing which calms you down and include relaxation at the end to leave you feeling super-chilled. The classes below take that a step further, focusing on relaxation.

These mellow sessions are a great complement to our more active yoga practices, other physical activity and an excellent antidote to stress.

You can join one of our Chill-Out classes in-studio, at home via live stream or as a recording from our on-demand library.

Stretch

In Stretch, yoga poses are held for a long duration and performed mostly on the floor with the use of bolsters and blocks to support your body. This helps improve your flexibility without putting strain on your joints or ligaments and allows you to let go of muscular tension. A focus on breathing deeply and calmly also aids relaxation.

This monthly 60 minute-long class is all about recharging your batteries. It begins with simple, gentle yoga moves to get you loosened up and to relax your body and mind and closes with yoga nidra, a yoga practice also known as “yogic sleep” to leave you in a state of pure bliss.
