Our workout classes provide all the great benefits of yoga wrapped in a gym-style exercise class.
You’ll work your strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, focus and cardiovascular fitness all in one go.
You can join one of our Workout yoga classes in-studio, at home via live stream or as a recording from our on-demand library.
Great for Beginners
A complete head-to-toe, inside-and-out yoga workout which covers a set sequence of easy-to-follow yoga poses (great to build your yoga know-how), designed to develop your cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility and mental focus. A Classic class is a great way to keep yourself in tip-top condition, no matter what your level of flexibility and/or fitness.
Suitable for Beginners
Unlike our Classic class, which follows a set sequence of poses, in a Mix class you can expect to ‘mix things up a bit’. Every class is different. It’s a chance to try different poses and learn new things. This is another great all-levels class that will provide all the same physical and mental health benefits as our Classic class with a twist.
Suitable for Beginners
In a flow class, yoga postures are connected together to form sequences. But don’t worry, we don’t expect you to be Darcey Bussell. Flow is a dynamic, all-round strength and flexibility workout that will get your heart rate pumping. Great for developing all-over muscle tone, balance, co-ordination and breath control. Not recommended for complete newbies, and/or those with injury/physical limitations.
On-demand you will also find 10-30 minute workout classes to fit into a busy day.
Get moving in the morning with a 30 minute yoga class designed to energise you and get you ready for the day ahead.
Move / Move & Breathe
A 20-30 minute class which is perfect for a lunchtime or an end of work-day stretch-out. A Move & Breathe class also includes a 5-10 minute breathing exercise, guided meditation or relaxation to help you clear your head.
