At our Buckingham studio, we run regular yoga classes for kids aged 4-9 and tweens aged 10-13. Children aged 14 and over can join our regular (unheated) yoga classes accompanied by an adult.

Classes must be booked in advance, parents should book classes in their name and be present for the first class in order to sign a waiver for their child.
Tweens yoga – Ages 10-13
How many hours does your tweenager spend slumped over a smart phone, book or electronic device? Yoga’s a great way to correct their posture and develop essential core muscle control. Classes involve yoga poses designed to help preserve their natural mobility, develop their strength and improve essential skills such as balance. Classes will also help reduce stress and anxiety and improve mental focus.

Kids yoga – Ages 4-9
Yoga classes are a great way for kids to improve body awareness, self esteem, concentration, balance, co-ordination and imagination. Classes incorporate play with yoga moves. It’s non competitive – there’s no right or wrong – it’s simply a chance to move, breathe and make some noise!
