Start your kids off on the right foot with yoga. As well as maintaining their flexibility (as the saying goes 'use it or lose it'), regular yoga classes will develop their muscular strength and endurance (in a super safe way), improve their concentration and focus, and help manage their stress and anxiety.

Kids & Tweens Yoga

At our Buckingham studio, we run term-time yoga classes for kids aged 4-9. Children aged 14 and over can join our regular (unheated) yoga classes accompanied by an adult.

Classes are great for both sporty kids and those who prefer a more creative approach to movements. Your child will:

  • Learn yoga positions that enhance their posture, maintain their flexibility and increase their physical strength
  • Improve their body awareness, self esteem, balance, concentration, imagination and mental focus
  • Learn how to relax and be better able to deal with everyday anxieties
  • Benefit from an inclusive, non-competitive environment which is great for boys and girls alike

Classes incorporate play and yoga moves. It’s non competitive – there’s no right or wrong – it’s simply a chance to move, breathe and make some noise!

How to book

Classes must be booked in advance, parents should book classes in their name. A parent or guardian must be present for the first class to sign a waiver. Classes are bookable in term-time blocks. They take place on Tuesdays 4:30-5:15pm.
